This instrument’s hero application is post removal. Additionally, the ENDO-1 can be used to remove sectioned crowns, bridges, and other restorative segments. Importantly, the ENDO-1 is used extensively for "indirect ultrasonic" applications.
Suggested Power Range: 7 to 14
Use with an external water source
This multipurpose instrument is utilized for the removal of cores, buildups and various materials within the pulp chamber. Additionally, this instrument is excellent for breaking up and eliminating pulp stones, chasing calcified canals, uncovering hidden orifices, and troughing around obstructions located within the pulp chamber.
Suggested Power Range: 7 to 14
External water source optional and based on experience
These uniquely designed instruments afford significant visual advantages as their progressively smaller profiles and longer lengths allow them to work in the coronal, middle, and apical one-thirds of virtually all roots of all teeth. The transferable energy at their tips makes them ideal for eliminating broken instruments, chasing calcified canals, negotiating iatrogenic blocks, and vibrating MTA into root canal defects.
Suggested Power Range: 1 to 6
Use dry
These instruments are made of a special titanium metal and afford excellent energy. They are known for their smooth and precise cutting action, and have smaller diameters and longer lengths as compared to the ENDO-3, 4 and 5 ultrasonic instruments. As such, these instruments are utilized in longer roots or, importantly, when space is restrictive.
Suggested Power Range: 1 to 6
